Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Alternate Work Center Subtask

You can use the Alternate Work Center subtask to view other work centers for the operation.

The alternate work center is displayed if the work center used in the selected operation has been set up of having one. You can establish work centers in the Maintain Work Centers screen.

Field Description
Alternate Work Center

This column displays a work center that can be used in place of the designated work center for the operation. This column is for lookup only and you cannot save a value in this field.

Description

This column displays the description for the alternate work center.

Process Type

This column displays the type of process.

Work Center Type Description

This column displays the description of the work center type.

Load

Highlight an alternate work center and click the Load button to change the default work center on the main screen.
