Requisition Header Documents Subtask

This subtask displays a list of the documents that are assigned to the requisition header.

Field	Description
Reference Doc	If this check box is selected, this document is not established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material.
Document	This field displays the identification code of the document assigned to the requisition header.
Rev	This field displays this document's revision number.
Type	This field displays this document's type.
Name	This field displays this document's descriptive name.
Location	This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
Status	If the Reference Doc check box is selected, this field displays this document's release status. The system-defined values are: Unreleased Released Obsolete
Size	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays this document's size.
Media	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays media code assigned to this document.
CAGE	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays the CAGE (Contractor and Government Entry) code assigned to this document.
Sheets	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays the number of sheets for this document.
Organization	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays the organization to which this document is assigned.
Maintenance Group	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays the maintenance group to which this document is assigned.
ECN Pending	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is referenced on a pending ECN (engineering change notice) Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Last ECN	If the Reference Doc check box is cleared, this field displays the last ECN associated with this document. You can access ECN information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
