Contents of the View Project Activity Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the View Project Activity screen.

Selection Criteria

Field	Description
Fiscal Year	To narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific fiscal year, use this drop-down list to select that fiscal year before executing the inquiry. Keep in mind that the only fiscal years shown are those that have activity in the report tables. If you do not select a fiscal year, all fiscal years with rows in the report table are shown. Normally only one fiscal year is available at a time unless the report tables were created for a previous fiscal year. If your data is purged on a weekly basis, you do not need to select a fiscal year because only one exists in the report table.
Period	To narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific period, use this drop-down list to select that period before executing the inquiry. Keep in mind that the only periods shown are those that have activity in the report tables. If you do not select a period, all periods that have rows in the report table are shown. If your data is purged on a weekly basis, you do not need to select any period because only one exists in the report table.
Subperiod	To narrow the rows shown in the table window to a specific subperiod, use this drop-down list to select that subperiod before executing the inquiry. Keep in mind that the only subperiods shown are those with activity in the report tables. If you do not select a subperiod, all subperiods with rows in the report table are shown. If your data is purged on a weekly basis, you do not need to select a subperiod because only one exists in the report table.
Project	To inquire on a specific project, enter a project or click to select one. To inquire on a range of projects, click to select them. If you select a single project, its description displays next to the project ID.
Organization	To inquire on a specific organization, enter the organization ID, or click to select one. To inquire on a range of organizations, click to select them. If you select a single organization, its description displays next to the organization ID.

Rate Type

Select the rate type you want to use for your inquiry.

Field	Description
Target	Select this option if your company does not calculate actual rates for each subperiod.
Actual	If you select this option and the rates have not been calculated yet for the accounting period, the costs do not reflect any indirect burden. This may cause the cost and revenue values to be incorrect.

Use

Select the organization type that you want to use for your inquiry. You can inquire using the Owning Org or the Performing Org.

Table Window

Information in the table window comes from the revenue report table (RPT_REV_SUM). The number of rows or projects shown in the table window is based on your selection criteria. You can modify the size and order of the columns and save them to meet your requirements. The column information contains cost, revenue, and net inventory information for the subperiod, period, YTD, and inception-to-date for the project(s) selected, as well as the ITD billed, open receivable, retainage amount, and the project manager's name. If you did not narrow your inquiry to a specific fiscal year, period, subperiod, project, and organization, columns also display for each item for which you did not select a specific value before executing your inquiry.

Information displays in the table window when you click .

Field	Description
Fiscal Year	This non-editable field displays the fiscal year associated with the data on this row of the table.
Period	This non-editable field displays the period associated with the data on this row in the table window.
Subperiod	This non-editable field displays the subperiod associated with the data on this row of the table window.
Project	This non-editable field displays the project associated with the data on this row of the table window.
Proj Name	This non-editable field displays the project name.
Organization	This non-editable field displays the organization associated with the data on this row of the table window.
Org Name	This non-editable field displays the organization name.
Prior Year Net Inventory	This non-editable field displays the prior year net inventory for the project on this row of the table window.
Target Subperiod Cost	This non-editable field displays the target subperiod cost for the project and subperiod on this row of the table window.
Target Subperiod Revenue	This non-editable field displays the target subperiod revenue for the project and subperiod on this row of the table window.
Target Subperiod Net Inventory	This non-editable field displays the target subperiod net inventory for the project and subperiod on this row of the table window.
Target Period Cost	This non-editable field displays the target period cost for the project and period on this row of the table window.
Target Period Revenue	This non-editable field displays the target period revenue for the project and period on this row of the table window.
Target Period Net Inventory	This non-editable field displays the target period net inventory for the project and period on this row of the table window.
Target YTD Cost	This non-editable field displays the target year-to-date cost for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target YTD Revenue	This non-editable field displays the target year-to-date revenue for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target YTD Net Inventory	This non-editable field displays the target year-to-date net inventory for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target ITD Cost	This non-editable field displays the target inception-to-date cost for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target ITD Revenue	This non-editable field displays the target inception-to-date revenue for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target ITD Net Inventory	This non-editable field displays the target inception-to-date net inventory for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
ITD Billed Amount	This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date amount billed for this project.
Open Receivable Amount	This non-editable field displays the open receivable amount for the project.
Retainage Amount	This non-editable field displays the retainage amount for this project.
Net Withholding Amount	This column displays the net of withholding for the project, organization, and account combination for the fiscal year up to and including the specified subperiod.
Project Manager	This non-editable field displays the project manager for this project.
Target Subperiod Award Fee	This non-editable field displays the target subperiod award fee for the project and subperiod on this row of the table window.
Target Period Award Fee	This non-editable field displays the target period award fee for the project and period on this row of the table window.
Target YTD Award Fee	This non-editable field displays the target year-to-date award fee for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.
Target ITD Award Fee	This non-editable field displays the target inception-to-date award fee for the project and fiscal year displayed on this row of the table window.

Subtasks

Subtask	Description
Project Status	Highlight a row in the table window and click this link to view additional project status information about the row. The information in the Project Status subtask defaults from the Project Status Report (PSR) table.
GLC Labor Summary	Click this link to view project labor detail by General Labor Category (GLC). The information on the GLC Labor Summary subtask defaults from the Project Labor Summary Report table.
PLC Labor Summary	Click this link to view project labor detail by Project Labor Category (PLC). The information on the PLC Labor Summary subtask defaults from the Project Labor Summary Report table.
Employee Labor Summary	Click this link to view employee labor detail for the selected project.
