PBOM Subtask

This subtask displays all assembly parts in which the provisional part (listed as a component part on the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen) is used for Proposal Bills of Material (PBOMs).

Field	Description
Proposal	This field displays the proposal ID of the provisional part used on the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen.
Proposal Rev	This field displays the proposal revision number of the provisional part used on the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen.
Assembly Part	This field displays the assembly part (from the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen) of the provisional part is used as a component in a PBOM record. Assembly parts on this screen can be provisional or standard parts, and can also be component parts in a separate PBOM assembly along with other components. This constitutes a multi-level PBOM.
Assembly Rev	This field displays the assembly part revision number of the provisional part selected in the Assembly Part field.
Assembly Part Description	This field displays the description of the assembly part from the main screen.
Provisional	This field displays Y (Yes) if the assembly part is a provisional part, or N (No) if not.
Quantity Per	This field displays the number of provisional parts required for the assembly PBOM.
Component Type	This field displays the component type code for the provisional part from the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen: B: Buy w/Comp S: Standard P: Phantom R: Reference T: Tool D: Deleted
WBS	This field displays the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the provisional part from the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen. The WBS on that screen is an optional field for keeping track of the provisional part and assembly part to multiple tasks for the job or project. You can also link each PBOM to a user-defined WBS code for additional sorting and rollup options.
Notes	This field displays any notes or comments associated with the component from the Manage Proposal Bills of Material screen.
