Cost Info Subtask

Use this non-editable subtask to view information on Incurred Costs, Estimate-to-Complete, LREAC, and Base Budgets summarized by type (labor, non-labor, burden, fee, and so on).

This subtask displays information updated by the Compute Estimate to Complete screen.

Field Description
Proj

This field displays the project ID from the main screen.

Proj Name

This field displays the project description.

Owning Organization

This field displays the owning organization from the main screen.

Owning Organization Name

This field displays the owning organization description.

Proj Manager

This field displays the name of the project manager from the main screen.

Date Updated

Use this group box to assess the age of the data in the inquiry.

Field Description
Incurred

The date on which the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process was last executed is displayed.

Previous Estimate

The date on which the Compute Estimate to Complete process was last executed is displayed.

Fiscal Year

This field displays the fiscal year for which information was updated.

Period

This field displays the period for which information was updated.

Subpd

This field displays the subperiod for which information was updated.

Rate Type

The rate type, actual or target, that was used on the Update Incurred Cost for ETC process is displayed.

Contract Value

This field displays the contract value from the Manage Modifications screen.

Cost Info Detail

Information is summarized by the following types: Labor, Non Labor, Burden, Cost of Money, Fee, and Total. Headings for this information are available for Incurred Cost, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget. You must run the Create Estimate To Complete Report Tables process before viewing this screen to obtain the most current information.

Field Description
Labor

This field displays labor cost information selected on the main screen. Information in the Incurred costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns is summarized by function code.

Non Labor

This field displays non-labor cost information selected on the main screen. Information in the Incurred costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns is summarized by function code.

Burden

This field displays burden cost information selected on the main screen. Information in the Incurred costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns includes all indirect costs shown on the Indirect Costs subtask of the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen.

Cost of Money

This field displays cost of money information selected on the main screen.  Information in the Incurred Costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns includes all cost of money amounts shown on the Indirect Costs subtask of the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen.

Fee

This field displays fee cost information selected on the main screen. Information in the Incurred Costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns includes all fee amounts shown on the Project Fee subtask of the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen.

Total

This field displays total cost information selected on the main screen. Information in the Incurred Costs, ETC, LREAC, and Base Budget columns includes all costs and fee shown on the Manage Estimate to Complete Amounts screen.
