Project Status Subtask

Use this subtask to view the same information that the project status report uses.

If no information is selected, you must update the PSR table for the same time period for which you are executing the inquiry. If you still see no cost data, no charges exist for the selected project. This subtask displays information updated by the Update Project Status Report Tables screen.

Selection Criteria

Field	Description
Rate Type	This non-editable field displays the rate type that was selected on the main screen.
Fiscal Year	This non-editable field displays the fiscal year that you entered when you created the project report table.
Period	This non-editable field displays the period that you entered when you created the project report table.
Subperiod	This non-editable field displays the subperiod that you entered when you created the project report table.
Project	This non-editable field displays a project number for the project. The project name displays in the field to the right.
Organization	This non-editable field displays the owning organization for the project on the main screen.
Period of Performance	This non-editable field displays the period of performance of the project selected on the main screen.
Customer Name	This non-editable field displays the customer name of the project selected on the main screen.
Total Units	This non-editable field displays the total units incurred on the project selected on the main screen.
Total Hours	This non-editable field displays the total hours of the project selected on the main screen.

Contract Value

Field	Description
Cost	This non-editable field displays the cost portion of the contract value for the project selected on the main screen.
Fee	This non-editable field displays the fee portion of the contract value for the project selected on the main screen.
Total	This non-editable field displays the total contract value for the project selected on the main screen.
Award Fee	This non-editable field displays the total contact value award fee for the project selected on the main screen. This value is the sum of the Contract Award Fee column from the Award Fee subtask of the Manage Modifications screen.

Project Status Child

The information in the table window is broken down into several types of rows.

The first type is direct cost. First, all of the labor accounts are shown, followed by all of the non-labor accounts. Only those accounts that have activity are shown. The description shown is the name of the account.

The second group is burden. Burden is summarized by pool. The burden can contain either actual or target indirect costs, depending on your Rate Type selection from the main screen.

The third type is profit and profit percentage. Depending on how revenue is recognized, they may or may not contain information.

Different columns in the table display actual or target costs, budget information, and variances for the subperiod, period, YTD, and ITD. The subperiod, period, and fiscal year shown are from the selected line on the main screen.

Field	Description
Description	This non-editable field displays the description of the transaction. The descriptions that display in this field are account names for direct costs, pool names for indirect costs, and profit for profit and profit percentages. Depending on the transaction type, you can use the Labor Detail, Transaction Detail, Pool Detail, or Profits subtask to get more detailed information on this transaction.
Subperiod	This non-editable field displays the subperiod amount for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description in the Description field.
Subperiod Budget	This non-editable field displays the subperiod budget for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
Subperiod Variance	This non-editable field displays the subperiod variance for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
Period	This non-editable field displays the period amount for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description in the Description field.
Period Budget	This non-editable field displays the period budget for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
Period Variance	This non-editable field displays the period variance for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
YTD	This non-editable field displays the year-to-date amount for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description in the Description field.
YTD Budget	This non-editable field displays the year-to-date budget for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
YTD Variance	This non-editable field displays the year-to-date variance for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
ITD	This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date amount for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description in the Description field.
ITD Budget	This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date budget for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
ITD Variance	This non-editable field displays the inception-to-date variance for direct cost, burden, or profit. The amount displayed in this field depends on the description displayed in the Description field.
Total Commitments	This non-editable field displays the total commitments for the project.

Subtasks

Subtask	Description
Labor Detail	Click this link to view the labor detail related to the summary labor charges. This view relates only to accounts with a labor function.
Transaction Detail	Click this link to view all of the transactions that make up the summarized costs. This view relates only to accounts that are labor or non-labor functions.
Pool Detail	Click this link to open the Pool Detail subtask and view the year-to-date indirect burden applied to each base account and organization combination by pool.
Profits	Click this link to open the Profits subtask. Use this subtask to review the profit amounts by project.
