Account Distribution Subtask

Use the Account Distribution subtask to view information related to the purchase order for the line selected in the main screen.

View this subtask whenever a receipt is added or updated.

Field Description
Inspection ID

This field displays the inspection ID assigned to the item.

PO Receipt

This field displays the purchase order receipt ID assigned to the item.

PO

This field displays the purchase order assigned to the item.

Release

This field displays the release number of the purchase order of the item.

Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency used.

PO Line

This field displays the number of the PO Line.

Item

This field displays the item ID being inspected.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the item being inspected.

Field Description
Account, Organization, Project

These fields contain the account, organization, and project from the Manage Purchase Orders screen in Purchase Orders.

Allocation

This field displays the allocation percentage from the of the Manage Purchase Orders screen in Purchase Orders, which is the percentage of the Total Receipt Line Amt that is allocated to this account/organization/project combination.

Trans Amount

This field displays the amount allocated to each account based on the Total Receipt Line Amt times the Allocation percentage. This column is not displayed if Cost Suppression is turned on the Manage Users screen in System Security. The amount is displayed in the transaction currency for this purchase order, which is the currency your vendor uses on the invoice.

Func Amount

This field displays the amount allocated to each account based on the Total Receipt Line Amt times the Allocation percentage. This column is not displayed if Cost Suppression is turned on the Manage Users screen in Administration. The amount is displayed in your functional currency, which you selected when the current company was created.

Org Abbrev, Proj Abbrev, Reference 1, Reference 2

These fields display information from the of the Manage Purchase Orders screen in Purchase Orders.

Account Name, Org Name, Project Name, Ref 2 Name, Ref 1 Name, Proj Acct Abbrev

These fields contain names of the account, organization, project, references and the corresponding project account abbreviation for the line item.
