Inventory Details Subtask

Use this subtask to view current inventory information by warehouse for the selected part across all warehouses.

The display includes only the selected projects, unless you select the View All Inventory option. Use this subtask whenever current inventory information is required across all warehouses.

Field	Description
Part	This field displays the part ID shown on the main screen.
Rev	This field displays the revision of the part ID.
Description	This field displays the description for the part ID.
U/M	This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the part ID.

Selection Criteria

This group box displays information about the selected project on the main screen.

Field	Description
Option	This field displays the currently selected option in the Option drop-down list on the main screen.
Include Common Projects	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether the Include Common Inventory checkbox is selected in the main screen. If this field displays Y projects that are designated as common are included in the table window, even though they may not otherwise meet the project selection criteria. If this field displays N, projects that are designated as common are not included in the table window unless they meet the project selection criteria.
Project	This field displays the currently selected project ID from the main screen. The description for this project displays on in the adjacent unlabeled field.
Prj Abbrev	This field displays the abbreviation for the project ID.
Netting Group	This field displays the ID of the netting group from the main screen. The name of the netting group is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
View All Projects	Select this option to view the part's inventory across the inventory projects selected on the main screen.
Requery Inventory	Click this button to load the current inventory information for the selected part and project.

Inventory Quantities by Inv Abbrev

This table window displays the details of the inventory for the part according to the viewing criteria selected. Sorting is by project ID and inventory abbreviation code.

Field	Description
Inv Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation code.
Inventory Abbreviation Name	This field displays the name of the inventory abbreviation.
Account Type	This field displays the type of account, either E (Expense), A (Asset), or G (Government Furnished), in accordance with the setup on the Manage Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory.
Project	This field displays the ID of the project associated with the inventory abbreviation.
Project Name	This field displays the name of the project associated with the inventory abbreviation.
Project Abbrev	This field displays the abbreviation of the project associated with the inventory abbreviation.
Net Available Quantity	This field displays the net available quantity of the part/inventory abbreviation combination. It is the sum of all the On Hand Quantity, In Inspection Quantity, In Shipping Quantity, In MRB Quantity, On Order Quantity, On Requisition Quantity, Owed Quantity, and Planned Owed Quantity minus the sum of the Reserved Quantity and Planned Reserved Quantity fields for the part/inventory abbreviation combination. (In MRB is included only if you selected the Incl MRB as Available Inventory checkbox on the Configure Production Control Settings screen in Costpoint Production Control.)
Current Available Quantity	This field displays the current available quantity of the part/inventory abbreviation combination. It is the sum of all the On Hand Quantity and In Inspection Quantity minus the Reserved Quantity for that part/inventory abbreviation combination.
On Hand Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination that are in on-hand locations.
In Inspection Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination that are in inspection and reinspection locations.
In Shipping Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination that are in shipping locations.
In MRB Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination that are in MRB locations.
On Hold Quantity	This field displays the sum of all the quantities of the part/inventory abbreviation combination that are in on-hold locations.
On Order Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities that have been ordered for the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
On Requisition Quantity	This field displays the sum of all the quantities that have been requisitioned for the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
Reserved Quantity	This field displays the sum of all the quantities reserved against the part/inventory abbreviation combination via reservations.
Planned Reserved Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities that are planned to be reserved against the part/inventory abbreviation combination via requests.
Owed Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities that are owed to the part/inventory abbreviation combination via reservations.
Planned Owed Quantity	This field displays the sum of all quantities that you plan to owe to the part/inventory abbreviation combination via requests.
Expedite Notes	This field contains modifiable notes applicable to the part/inventory abbreviation combination.
