Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Projects Subtask

Use this screen to manage the projects that are associated with the security group.

Field Description
Security Group

This field displays the selected security group.

Table Window

Field Description
Project ID

Enter, or click to select, the project linked to the security group.

Project Name

This field displays the name of the project.

DPAS Rating

This field displays the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) purchasing rating associated with the project.

Part Data Security Status

Select whether this project is Active or Inactive.

Activation Date

This field displays the date when the project is initially made active for Part Data Security for this security group, or subsequently changed from inactive to active.

Deactivation Date

This field displays the date when the project is no longer active for Part Data Security for this security group.
