  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Release Multiple Manufacturing Bills of Material

Use this screen to selectively release multiple manufacturing bills of materials (MBOMs).

This screen displays all standard part assemblies with an MBOM release status of Unreleased or Partially Released in both the Manage Manufacturing Bills of Material and Release Manufacturing Bills of Material screens. You can modify the MBOM status and the part status of the assembly in the MBOM Status and Part Status fields in the table window. The data is sorted in assembly part/revision order.

Note: You cannot release an assembly if there are unreleased subassemblies in the Components subtask. Unreleased lower-level assemblies must have a Released BOM Status in the Manage Manufacturing Bills of Material or Release Manufacturing Bills of Material screens before you can release the higher-level assemblies on a given multi-level MBOM. If you selected the Release Mfg BOM check box or the Modify Released Mfg BOM check box in the Configure Engineering Change Notice Settings screen in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices, you can release MBOMs only in the Manage Engineering Change Notices screen.
