Use this subtask to view requirement/reservation information for the selected part.

Field	Description
Part	This field displays the ID of the part in the selected inventory record.
Rev	This field displays the part revision number of the selected inventory record.
U/M	This field displays the default or inventory unit of measure for the selected part.
Description	This field displays the part description.
Project	This field displays the project ID associated with the inventory record.
Project Name	This field displays the name of the project.
Reserved Quantity	This field displays the total quantity reserved for the selected part (regardless of project).
Planned Reserved Qty	This field displays the quantity of inventory requests that have not been fully approved for the selected part (regardless of project).

Requirement

Field	Description
Need Date	This field displays the date on which the reservation is needed.
Reservation	This field displays the reservation ID for the selected reservation line.
Reservation Type	This field displays the type of reservation made, either Issue or Transfer. If the reservation originated from a sales order or manufacturing order, this field is blank and the details are shown in the Order and Order Type fields.
Order	This field displays the order ID for the selected reservation line. This is for reservations resulting from sales orders, manufacturing orders, purchase orders or requisitions.
Release	This field displays the release number for PO reservation lines.
Order Type	This field displays the type of order which can be Sales, PO/Requisition, or Manufacturing for the reservation line.
Order Status	This field displays the status of the order.
Line	This field displays the reservation line number.
Reserved Quantity	This field displays the reserved quantity.
Planned Reserved Qty	This field displays the quantity for inventory requests that have not been approved.
Desired Date	This field displays the date on which the reservation line parts are needed.
Warehouse	This field displays the reservation warehouse.
Project	This field displays the project ID against which the inventory is reserved.
Project Name	This field displays the name of the project against which the inventory is reserved.
Netting Group	This field displays the netting group ID associated with the project against which the inventory is reserved.
Inventory Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation against which the inventory is reserved.
Requestor	This field displays the employee ID of the person who requested the inventory.
Requestor Name	This field displays the employee name of the person who requested the inventory.
Request Status	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether or not this reservation is a request.
Approval Status	This field displays the status of the reservation/request approval: P (Pending) or A (Approved).
To Inventory Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation to which the inventory will be issued or transferred. For example, in a transfer reservation, this field displays the inventory abbreviation to which the part will be transferred and charged.
To Organization	This field displays the organization ID to which the inventory will be issued.
To Account	This field displays the account number to which the inventory will be issued.

Order Reference	This field displays the sequence in which the order is referenced.

Field	Description
Order Ref Type	This field displays the type of order being referenced.

Field	Description
Order Ref Rlse	This field displays the order reference release number.

Order Ref Line	This field displays the order reference line number.
