Notes Tab

Use this tab to view notes entered for the purchase order (PO) line. All fields default from the Notes tab of the Manage Purchase Orders screen and cannot be edited.

Notes	This field displays notes for the PO line.
Internal Notes	This field displays any additional information relevant to the purchase order.
