Field	Description
Manager Rating	Enter, or click to select, a rating to the employee manager. Costpoint uses this information for the Print Performance Review Statistics report.
Employee Comments	Use this text box to enter employee comments, as defined by your organization on the Manage Performance Review Forms screen. You can also enter employee comments on an individual employee basis.
