  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Configure Sales Order Print Options

Use this screen to select print parameters and choose format options and placement defaults for printing sales order acknowledgments, packing slips, and invoices.

You can print all sales order forms on pre-printed laser or line printer forms, or on formless laser sheets.

Use the formless printing option to print company logos. The logo prints in the upper left-hand corner of the acknowledgment, packing slip, or invoice. The company logo must exist as a bitmap file with a size that does not exceed 32,000 bytes.

Note: To ensure proper alignment of printed objects, make sure that the Print Quality of the selected windows printer is set to 300 x 300 dots per inch.

Set up this screen when initializing Sales Order Entry, and maintain it whenever sales order print options need to be modified.
