  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Alternate Parts Subtask

Use this subtask to view the list of alternate parts for the selected component in the Release Manufacturing Bills of Material screen.

Field Description
Manufacturer

This field displays the manufacturer ID for this alternate part.

Manufacturer Name

This field displays the name of the manufacturer.

CAGE ID

This field displays the Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE ID) for this alternate part.

Manufacturer Part

This field displays the manufacturer part ID of this alternate part.

Manufacturer Rev

This field displays the revision of the manufacturer part.

Preferred

This field displays Y (Yes) if this alternate part is the preferred part for the component part. Otherwise, this field displays N (No). You can set only one alternate part as preferred.

Preference Type

This field displays the part preference type for this alternate part.

Company

This field displays the company ID assigned to this alternate part.

Vendor

This field displays the vendor ID assigned to this alternate part.

Vendor Name

This field displays the name for the vendor.

Vendor Part

This field displays the vendor part ID assigned to this alternate part.

Vend Rev

This field displays the revision of the vendor part.
