Header Notes Subtask

Use the Header Notes subtask to enter or view notes specific to the entire purchase order.

Field	Description
Purchase Order ID	This non-editable field displays the purchase order number.
Release	This non-editable field displays the release number. For a new purchase order, 0 displays as the default in this field.
Header Notes	Enter free-form text specific to the entire purchase order. This text prints on the purchase order.
