Contents of the Configure MO Documentation Print Options Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Configure MO Documentation Print Options screen.

Default MO Documentation Package

Field	Description
Pick List	Select this check box to print the component pick list when printing MO documentation. This option will be used when you select the Print MO Selections (Excluding Component Labels) option on the Print Manufacturing Order Documentation screen, but can be overridden for each MO on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
Print DPAS Rating	Select this check box to print the DPAS rating on the pick list, assembly sheet, traveler, and component shortage report. This check box can also be edited in Print Manufacturing Order Documentation and Print Manufacturing Order Component Shortage Report.
Component Labels	Select this check box to print the component labels when printing MO documentation. This option will be used when you select the Print MO Selections (Excluding Component Labels) option in the Print Manufacturing Order Documentation screen, but can be overridden for each MO on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
Assembly Sheet	Select this check box to print the assembly sheet when printing MO documentation. This option will be used when you select the Print MO Selections (Excluding Component Labels) option in the Print Manufacturing Order Documentation screen, but can be overridden for each MO on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
Routing Traveler	Select this check box to print the routing traveler when printing MO documentation. This option will be used when you select the Print MO Selections (Excluding Component Labels) option in the Print Manufacturing Order Documentation screen, but can be overridden for each MO on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
As-Built Configuration List	Select this check box to print an as-build configuration list when printing MO documentation. This option will be used when you select the Print MO Selections (Excluding Component Labels) option in the Print Manufacturing Order Documentation screen, but can be overridden for each MO on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.

Pick List/Component Labels

Field	Description
Print MO Header Notes	Select this check box to print MO header notes on the component pick list and labels.
Print MO Header Text	Select this check box to print MO header text on top of the pick list.
Print Tool Components	Select this check box to print tooling components on the pick list and labels.
Print Ref and Non-Inv Components	Select this check box to print reference and non-inventory components on the pick list and labels.
Print Backflush Parts	Select this check box to print backflush components on the pick list and labels.
Print Floor Stock Parts	Select this check box to print floor stock components on the pick list and labels.
Print Make Parts	Select this check box to print make parts on the pick list and labels.
Default Sort	From the drop-down list, select the default sorting option for the order in which components display on the printed pick list. Valid options are: Work Center Component Part Line Number Find Number Component Location

Assembly Sheet

Field	Description
Print MO Header Notes	Select this check box to print MO Header notes on the assembly sheet.
Print MO Header Text	Select this check box to print MO header text on the top of the assembly sheet.
Print Tool Components	Select this check box to print tooling components on the assembly sheet.
Print Ref and Non-Inv Components	Select this check box to print reference and non-inventory components on the assembly sheet.
Print Component Text	Select this check box to print BOM component text on the assembly sheet lines.
Print Requirement Line Notes	Select this check box to print line notes in the assembly sheet.
Default Sort	From the drop-down list, select the default sorting option for the order in which components will display on the printed assembly sheet. Valid options are: Work Center Component Part Line Number Find Number

Routing Traveler

Field	Description
Print MO Header Notes	Select this check box to print notes on the routing traveler.
Print MO Header Text	Select this check box to print MO header text on the top of the routing traveler.
Print Routing Line Text	Select this check box to print routing line text on the routing traveler.
Print Tool Components	Select this check box to print tooling components on the routing traveler.
Print Ref and Non-Inv Components	Select this check box to print reference components on the routing traveler.
Print Labor Classifications	Select this check box to print labor classifications on the routing traveler.
Print Equipment	Select this check box to print routing equipment on the routing traveler.
Print Alternate Operation Numbers	Select this check box to print all alternate operations on the routing traveler.
Print Routing Header Notes	Select this check box to print on the MO routing traveler the routing header notes associated with the routing for the selected MO build part.

As-Built Configuration List

Field	Description
Auto-Assign Components to Config	Select this check box to automatically assign issued components to assembly serial numbers.
Default Sort	From the drop-down list, select the default sorting option for the order in which components display on the printed configuration list. Valid options are: Work Center Component Part Line Number Find Number
