Inventory Allocations Subtask

Use this subtask to load any existing inventory allocations based on the transaction line (for non-tracked parts) or based on the associated serial/lot row (for tracked parts).

This subtask allows you to manually indicate which inventory allocations are to be transferred to the new location, along with the quantities. This screen will load all available serial/lot numbers and quantities, regardless of whether it is allocated or not.

Table Window

Field	Description
Warehouse, Line, Part, Rev, U/M Inv Abbrev, Transfer Qty, From Location	These fields display values from the main screen.
Reservation	This field displays the reservation ID to which the inventory is allocated.
Res Line	This field displays the line number of the reservation to which the inventory is allocated.
Order Type	This field displays Purchase Order if the serial/lot is associated with a PO number or Manufacturing Order if associated with an manufacturing order (MO). When you create new serial/lot assignment, these same two order types can be selected from a drop-down list for association to the serial/lot.
Order	This field displays the PO or MO number against which the serial/lot was originally received. When you create new serial/lot assignment, enter, or click to select, the PO or MO.
Release	This field displays the PO release number against which the serial/lot was originally received. When you create a new serial/lot assignment, enter the PO release number against which the serial/lot was originally received. When you make an entry in the Order field, the number is automatically displayed.
Order Line	This field displays the PO line number against which the serial/lot was originally received. However, when you create a new serial/lot assignment, enter the PO line number. When you make an entry in the Order field, the number is automatically displayed.
Allocation Qty	This field displays the quantity of the components that have already been allocated.
Unallocated Qty	This field displays the quantity that is still available for allocation to the On Hand or Shipping locations on the reservation line.
Transfer Qty	This field displays the allocated or unallocated rows that are to be automatically moved to the new location.
