Manage Medical Surveillance Codes

Use this screen to set up codes and related descriptions that are assigned to employees for tracking medical examination history.

Some companies require employees to have a pre-employment physical. Others require a chest x-ray, regular tuberculin tests, and so on. Medical surveillance codes identify the examinations or tests your company may require of some or all of its employees.

You must enter the codes and descriptions for the medical tests you plan to track before going to the Manage Employee Medical Surveillance Log screen. However, you can add to the Medical Surveillance table at any time, and establish an unlimited number of codes and descriptions.
