PO Line Accounts Subtask

Use the PO Line Accounts subtask to view information associated with the selected purchase order line.

This subtask is enabled only for standard purchase orders and blanket purchase order (PO) releases, and is disabled for subcontract POs.

Field Description
PO

This field displays the purchase order ID.

Release

If this purchase order is a release order, this field displays the release order number.

Change Order

This field displays the change order number, if there is one.

Line

This field displays the line number of the order.

Table Window

Use this table to view account information regarding the purchase order line.

Field Description
Account

This column displays the account to be charged.

Organization

This column displays the organization to be charged.

Project

This column displays the project to be charged.

Org Abbrev

This column displays the organization abbreviation, if any.

Proj Abbrev

This column displays the project abbreviation, if any.

Account Name

This column displays the account name associated with the account charged.

Organization Name

This column displays the organization name associated with the organization charged.

Project Name

This column displays the project name associated with the project charged.

Allocation

This column displays the percentage to be allocated to the project/organization/account combination.

Allocated Order Amt

This column displays the amount that was allocated to the project/account/organization combination.

Functional Amount

This column displays the amount, in your company's functional currency, to be allocated to the project/organization/account.

Ref 1

This field displays the reference 1 value assigned on the Enter Purchase Orders screen.

Note: The field Ref 1 may reflect a different label if it has been changed on the G/L Settings screen. For example, AC 1.
Ref 2

This field displays the reference 2 value assigned on the Enter Purchase Orders screen.

Note: The field Ref 2 may reflect a different label if it has been changed on the G/L Settings screen. For example, AC 2.
