Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reconcile Inventory Balances

Use this screen to identify and correct inventory imbalances in the inventory tables due to field corruption problems.

You can select a range of projects, inventory abbreviations, and parts for which to run this reconciliation process. You can also print a trial-run report that shows the discrepancies without updating the database.

You can run this process from only one workstation at a time.
