  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Header SOW Subtask

Use this subtask to view the statement of work (SOW) at the header level.

This can be a generic information related to the requisition with additional SOW at the line level or it can contain all the information for the requisition and requisition lines. This will apply even if the requisition has not been specified as a subcontractor agreement. Multiple SOWs with the same SOW ID but different revision is not allowed.

Field Description
Statement of Work ID

This field displays the SOW associated with the requisition.

Rev

This field displays the revision of SOW associated with the requisition.

Description

This field displays the description of the SOW that is associated with the requisition at the header level.

SOW Type

This field displays the type of the SOW that is associated with the requisition at the header level.

Created Date

This field displays the date when the SOW document was created.

File Location

This field displays the alternate file location where the actual SOW document is stored, and from where it will be retrieved.

File Name

This field displays the name of the file associated with SOW document.

View SOW

Click this button to load the SOW details from the selected row.
