  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Dir Cost Ceil Subtask

Use this subtask of the Manage Alternate Project Revenue Profiles screen to override production values of the direct cost ceilings for this project and to specify to which the direct cost ceiling amount override should apply.

You can also mark existing records for deletion and add new direct cost ceiling records to this project.

Override values will be used only in the alternate database and will not replace the values in the production database. Removal and addition of records will also occur only in the alternate database.

You cannot edit the Production Value fields on this subtask. You can only modify the Alternate Profile Override fields, but these are not required. You should enter values in the Alternate Profile Override fields only when they are different from the production values and for new records.

Field Description
Delete this Direct Cost Ceiling at this Project level for Alternate Revenue Profile

Select this check box to delete this direct cost ceiling record at this project level in the alternate revenue profile.

Record Status

This field displays the status of this direct cost ceiling record. For records that have not yet been modified, this field is blank. For new records or those that have already been updated, this field displays one the following statuses:

  • Override: This indicates that this record contains override values.
  • Delete: This indicates that this record has been marked for deletion.
  • New: This indicates that this is a new record.

Account

Field Description
Production Value

This field displays the production value of the account to which the direct cost ceiling amount is applied.

Alternate Profile Override

For new records, enter, or click to select, the alternate profile account to which the direct cost ceiling amount will apply. This field is enabled only for new records.

Account Name

Field Description

This field displays the production value of the account name.

Alternate Profile Override

For new records, this field displays the name of the account you entered in the Alternate Profile Account Override field.

Functional Currency Ceiling Amount

Field Description

This field displays the production value of the functional currency ceiling amount for the account.

Alternate Profile Override

Enter the alternate profile functional currency ceiling amount override.

Apply to R/B/A

Field Description
Production Value

This field displays the production value of the code that determines whether the ceiling amount applies to revenue, billing, or both, or if the ceiling amount applies to neither revenue nor billing.

Alternate Profile Override

For new records, enter the alternate profile ceiling code. Valid values are R (Revenue), B (Billing), A (Both), and N (None). This field is enabled only for new records.
