Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

All Cost Breakdown All Periods (Budget Report Type)

Use this table to view, print, or export unburdened costs by category for all costs charged to the selected project for all accounting periods.

The All Periods table displays when you click All Periods in the All Cost Breakdown screen for the Budget report type.

All Periods Table Contents

The table below describes the columns that display for all levels of detail.  

Column Headings Description
Project This column displays the Project ID.
Category This column displays the cost category.
Acct Name This column displays the account ID information.
Empl/Vend This column displays name of the employee or vendor.
Bud Proj This column displays the project budget number.
Org This column displays the org ID number.
Category This column displays the cost category.
Acct This column displays the account ID information.
Tot Burd Bgt This columns displays total burdened budget to the project since the start of the project/task ID over time.
Month/Year These columns begin with the current month and show data back six months.
