Proj Loc Subtask

Use the Proj Loc subtask to view inventory abbreviation location detail for a selected part.

Field Description
Part

This field displays the ID of the part in the selected inventory record.

Rev

This field displays the part revision number of the selected inventory record.

U/M

This field displays the default or inventory unit of measure for the selected part.

Description

This field displays the part description.

Project

This field displays the ID of the selected inventory record's part.

Project Name

This field displays the name of the project.

Inventory Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the selected inventory record.

Inv Abbrev Name

This field displays the name of the inventory abbreviation.

Field Description
Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse for the selected inventory record.

Location

This field displays the warehouse location for the selected inventory record.

Location Quantity

This field displays the location quantity for the selected part and inventory abbreviation.

Location Type

This field displays the location type for the selected location. The available location types are:

  • On-Hold
  • Incoming Inspection
  • MRB
  • On-Hand
  • Reinspection
  • Shipping
Count ID

This field displays the last count ID for the selected location/part/inventory abbreviation.

Last Count Date

This field displays the date of the last physical count for the selected location/part/inventory abbreviation.

Subtask

Subtask Description
Inventory Allocations Click this link to open the Inventory Allocations subtask to view warehouse locations with positive on hand or in shipping quantities for a selected MO requirement line's part/inventory abbreviation/warehouse combination.
Serial/Lot Information Click this link to open the Serial/Lot Information subtask to view serial and lot information for the selected inventory location line. This subtask is enabled only if inventory serial/lot tracking has been entered for the part.
