Part Documents Subtask

Use this subtask to view all ECN part document rows for the selected ECNs.

If the Action Code is Add, Replace, or New Revision in the header, the original part/revision information displays. Otherwise, the change-to part information will be shown.

Field	Description
Engineering Change Notice	This field displays the ID of the selected ECN.
Description	This field displays the description of the selected ECN.
Status	This field displays the status of the ECN

Table Window

Field	Description
Action Code	This field displays the ECN's action codes.
Document	This part displays the ECN's document ID.
Doc Rev	This field displays the document's revision number.
Name	This field displays the selected document name.
Location	This field displays the location of the document, as defined in the Location subtask of the Maintain Documents screen in Costpoint Product Definition and Bills of Material. When you enter a document Type code in Maintain Documents screen, the default location for that type code (that is, where the document is stored) defaults into the Location column. If you move the document, update this field in the Maintain Documents screen. Select the Launch button to access the document.
Status	This field displays the part's document status.
Effective Start Date	This field displays the effective start date for the document.
Effective End Date	This field displays the effective end date for the document.
Configuration	This field displays part's BOM configuration for which the document will be effective. This field is hidden if you did not select the Use Configuration IDs check box on the Configure Bill of Material Settings screen in Costpoint Bills of Material.
Configuration Description	This field displays the part's configuration description.
Print on Purchase Reports	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not the documents will print on purchase reports.
Print on Receipt Traveller	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not the documents will print on receipt travelers.
Print on Assembly Sheets	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not the documents will print on assembly sheets.
Print on Routing Traveller	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not the documents will print on routing travelers.
Part	This field displays the ECN Part selected on the Parts subtask.
Rev	This field displays the revision of the ECN part.
Description	This field displays the description associated with the selected ECN Part.
Document Type	This field displays the type code of the document to be affected by this ECN.
