  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.

  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Total Ceilings Tab

Use this tab of the Manage Project Revenue Calculation Value History screen to view revenue calculation value history of the total ceilings placed on the contract and funded values of the project.

You can also use this tab to update the audit tables to specify or modify the ceiling codes used for the signed/funded total, cost, and fee values of the project entered on the main screen.

This tab is populated with information generated by the Compute Revenue process if you have run Compute Revenue for this project.

Valid ceiling codes are R (Revenue), B (Billing), A (All), or N (None).

Note: Changes to this tab affect only the audit tables and will not impact billings even if you set the ceiling code to A or B. Any changes to the ceiling codes will not have any effect on invoices calculated in Costpoint.

Funding Info

Use the fields in this group box to view or modify ceilings on the funded value of the project.

Field Description
Total

This field displays the ceiling code for the funded total value of the project.

For new records or if you want to modify the current ceiling code, enter any of the following valid codes:

  • R: Revenue
  • B: Billing
  • A: All
  • N: None
Total

This field displays the sum of all funded total modifications for this project branch and its lower levels.

Fee %

This field displays the fee percent, which is calculated as the Fee value divided by the Cost value.

Cost

This field displays the ceiling code for the funded cost value of the project.

For new records or if you want to modify the current ceiling code, enter any of the following valid codes:

  • R: Revenue
  • B: Billing
  • A: All
  • N: None
Costs

This field displays the sum of all funded cost modifications for this project branch and its lower levels.

Fee

This field displays the ceiling code for the funded fee value of the project.

For new records or if you want to modify the current ceiling code, enter any of the following valid codes:

Fee

This field displays the sum of all funded fee modifications for this project branch and its lower levels.

Award Fee

This field displays the cumulative funded award fee. The funded award fee is summarized at the level of the project displayed in the Project field and all levels below. This amount includes all modifications for this project.
