Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Twilio Integration Tab

Enter the parameters for an external Twilio account to use their SMS service to send Costpoint text message notifications.

Field Description
Twilio Account SID Enter the account string identifier (SID) for the Twilio account.
Twilio API Key Enter an API key for the Twilio account.
Secret Enter the secret for the API key.
From Phone Number Enter the phone number that Twilio will use to send SMS messages. This number is set up in the Twilio account.
Note: After you save the parameters, you must run Rebuild Global Settings for the integration to take effect.
