  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Where-Used Subtask

Use this subtask to view where the standard text is made available.

The system-defined documents where they can be used are: Manufacturing Order, Bill Of Material, Purchase Order, Request for Quote, Purchase Requisition, and Sales Order.

Field Description
Item

This field displays the item ID of the selected item. The item description is also displayed.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the selected item.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure associated with the item.

Make/Buy

This field displays whether the item is M (Make) or B (Buy).

Type

This field displays the item type, that is, whether it is a part, good, or service.

Prod Class

This field displays the product class associated with this item.

Buyer

This field displays the buyer ID for this item.

Commodity

This field displays the commodity code associated with this item.

Active

This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) for the active status of this item.

Planner

This field displays the planner for this item.

Text Code

This field displays the selected text code.

Where-Used

This column displays where this standard text code is used.
