Serial/Lot Subtask

Use this subtask to view serial/lot tracking information, including inventory transaction history, for any part that has serial or lot numbers issued in an inventory transaction.

Field	Description
Requisition, Status, Trans Currency, Approval Process, Req Line, Line Status, Type, Approval Process	These fields display values from the main screen.
Serial	This field displays the serial number.
Lot	This field displays the lot number.
Quantity	This field displays the available quantity for the specified serial/lot number.
UID	This field displays the unique item identifier. This is a globally unique alphanumeric code that allow the U.S. Department of Defense to track individual items.
Type	This field displays the code that represents the method used to create the UID code. This field loads from the UID Defaults group box of the Configure Serial/Lot Settings screen. Costpoint generates UIDs for UID1 and UID2 types only.
Enterprise Identifier	This field displays the unique enterprise identifier code.
Issuing Agency	This field displays the issuing agency code.
Shelf Life Type	This field displays whether or not shelf life functionality applies, or if the expiration date can be extended.
Shelf Life Expiration	This field displays the date when the serial/lot part expires.
Orig Shelf Like Exp Date	This field displays the original shelf life expiration date for the serial/lot part.
Shelf Life Last Extn Date	This field displays the date when the shelf life expiration date was last modified.
Shelf Life Extn Allowed	This field displays whether or not the shelf life expiration date extension is allowed.
Shelf Life Extn Taken	This field displays the number of times that the shelf life expiration date has been modified.
Available for Planning	This field displays whether or not the serial/lot part can be used for planning purposes.
