Users Subtask

Use this subtask to view the users that can perform the electronic approval for this title.

The information in the table window is from the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen. You cannot edit the fields on this screen.

Table Window

Field	Description
Pref Seq	This field displays the Pref Sequence entered on the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen.
User ID	This field displays the User ID entered on the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen.
User Name	This field displays the User Name entered on the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen.
Employee	This field displays the Employee entered on the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen.
Approver Name	This field displays the Approver Name entered on the Manage Engineering Change Approval Titles screen.
Title	This field displays the title of the approver.
Phone	This field displays the telephone number of the approver.
Extension	This field displays the telephone extension of the approver.
Minimum Amount	This field displays the minimum dollar amount allowed for this approver.
Maximum Amount	This field displays the maximum dollar amount allowed for this approver.
Active	This check box is selected if the approver is active.
Workflow Notify	This check box is selected if the Costpoint Workflow notifies the user of any modifications.
