Contents of the Maintain Project Exclude Rights for Users Screen

Use this screen to prevent an employee from accessing specific project IDs by adding new restrictions or deleting existing ones.

Note: This screen is only accessible to administrators.

To maintain project exclude rights:

  1. Click Project Budgeting > Controls and Utilities > Maintain Project Exclude Rights for Users.
  2. Click New or Copy to add a record.

  3. Select an existing record in the table to modify, or click Query to search for it.
  4. In the User ID column, click to select the employee.
  5. In the Project column, click to select the Project ID to which you want to block the employee's access.
  6. Click to save your changes.
