Commodities Subtask

Use the Commodities subtask to assign the planner to specific commodities or when planners are assigned by commodity codes.

You can also assign planners to commodity codes on the Manage Commodity Codes screen in Costpoint Purchasing or Costpoint Product Definition.

Maintain this subtask as required.

Contents

Field	Description
Planner	This field displays the planner ID.
Employee	This field displays the employee ID. The employee name displays in the unlabeled field below this field.

Commodity Codes

Field	Description
Commodity	This field displays the commodity code ID.
Description	This field displays the description of the commodity code.
Select	Click this button to attach the planner to the commodities
Deselect	Click this button to remove the planner from the selected commodities.
Commodity	This field displays the selected commodity code ID.
Description	This field displays the description of the selected commodity code.
