Manufacturing Orders Subtask

Use the Manufacturing Orders subtask to view manufacturing order allocations where the build part is the selected component.

This subtask displays all build-to inventory abbreviations across all projects. The status of the MO must not be Closed or Completed to be included. The sum of all open quantities for MO allocation rows (in inventory u/m) is also shown in the header. The displayed MO lines are listed in ascending planned completion date order.

Use this subtask to view current MO information for the selected component, such as open allocated quantities, completed quantities, MO status, etc.

Field	Description
Manufacturing Order	This column displays the manufacturing order ID of the line selected on the main screen.
MO Type	This field displays the MO type as Standard, Customer Repair, or Rework.
MO Status	This field displays the MO Status as Planned, Firm Planned, Released, In-Shop, Completed, or Closed.
Build Part	This field displays the ID of the part that is built in the MO selected on the main screen.
Rev	This field displays the revision level for the build part.
Component Part	This field displays the ID of the component part that is used in the MO selected on the main screen. A description of the part displays in the unlabeled field below this field.
Rev	This field displays the revision level for the component part.
Line Number	This field displays the line number of the component part in requirements for the selected MO.
Inv U/M	This field displays the inventory unit of measure.
Make/Buy	This field displays the M (Make) or B (Buy) status of the component part.

Field	Description
Manufacturing Order	This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
MO Type	This field displays the MO type: Standard, Customer Repair, or Rework.
MO Status	This field displays the MO Status: Planned, Firm Planned, Released, or In Shop.
Open Allocated Quantity	This field displays the MO allocation quantity that is yet to be completed. The system calculates this field based on the values that are derived from the Allocations subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen. For each allocation line, Open Allocated Quantity = Build Quantity - Completed Quantity.
Completed Allocated Quantity	This field displays the MO allocation quantity that is completed. The system derives the value in this field from the Completed Quantity field in the Allocations subtask in the /Manage Manufacturing Orders screen.
Total MO Build Qty	This field displays the quantity of the component part to be built on the MO.
MO Completions Quantity	This field displays the quantity that has been completed for the part.
Planner	This field displays the ID of the planner responsible for the MO.
Supervisor	This field displays the ID of the supervisor responsible for the MO.
Warehouse	This field displays the warehouse in which the MO is being built.
Build Inv Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation to which the MO part will be allocated upon completion.
Build Inv Abbrev Name	This field displays the name of the inventory abbreviation to which the MO part will be allocated upon completion.
Build Project	This field displays the project associated with the inventory abbreviation for the MO allocation line.
Netting Group	This field displays the netting group associated with the inventory project for the MO allocation line.
Planned Due Date	This field displays the date on which the manufactured part is planned to be completed.
Order Date	This field displays the beginning order date of the MO.
Need Date	This field displays the date on which the manufactured part needs to be completed.
Planned Release Date	This field displays the date on which the MO is planned for release to the stockroom.
Release Date	This field displays the date on which the MO was released to the stockroom.
Planned To Shop Date	This field displays the date on which the MO will be issued to the shop floor.
To Shop Date	This field displays the date on which the MO was issued to the shop floor.
Order Ref	This field displays the ID of the order for which this line is being manufactured.
Order Ref Type	This field displays the type of order referenced.
Header Notes	This field displays the MO header notes (from the Header subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen). You can print these notes on MO documentation.
Expediting Notes	This field displays the MO Expediting notes (from the Header subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen). These notes are related to the status of the MO and do not display in MO documentation.
Organization	This field displays the ID of the organization for the MO (from the Header subtask of the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen).
Completion Date	This field displays the date the MO was completed.
