Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User-Defined Fields Subtask

Use the User-Defined Fields subtask to view user-defined labels and their values.

You can create label names on the Routing Settings screen and set their values on the Maintain Routings screen.

Field Description
Part

This field displays the part ID used by the selected routing step.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the part.

Routing Number

This field displays the routing number of the selected routing step.

Operation Sequence

This field displays the number of the operation sequence line being viewed.

Step

This field displays the step number of the operation sequence line being viewed.

Alternate Operation

This field displays the alternate number of the operation sequence line being viewed.

Operation

This field displays the operation ID.

Work Center

This field displays the work center ID associated with the operation code.

User Defined Label 1, User Defined Label 2, User Defined Label 3

These columns display only if user-defined information was set up in the Routing Settings screen.
