Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Properties Subtask

Use the Properties subtask to view information on the properties being issued to the vendor employee.

Field Description
Item

This field displays the code for the item being issued to the vendor employee.

Item Description

This field displays the item description.

Quantity

This field displays the number of items being issued.

Ownership

This indicates whether the item is Company Issued or Customer Furnished.

Issue Date

This field displays the date on which the item was issued.

Return Date

This field displays the item return date, if applicable.

Warehouse

This field displays the name of the warehouse where the item is stored.

Stock Number

This field displays the stock number for the item.

Asset No

This field displays the asset number associated with the item.

Item No

This field displays the item number.

Other

This field displays additional notes about the item being issued.
