  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Ship Info Subtask

Use this subtask to view shipment information for the selected sales order line including shipment address, notes, and text notes.

Field Description
Sales Order

This field displays the sales order ID for the selected line.

Status

This field displays the status of the sales order.

Customer

These fields display the customer from the Manage Sales Orders screen.

Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency of the sales order line item.

SO Line

This field displays the sales order line number for the selected line.

Item

This field displays the identification number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Item Rev

This field displays the latest revision number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Description

This field displays the description of the item selected on the sales order line.

Due Date

This field displays the date by which the sales order line item has been promised to the customer.

Misc Type

This field displays a miscellaneous charge type code for MSC (miscellaneous) sales order lines types. Create and define these codes on the Manage Line Charge Types screen.

Table Window

The fields in this table load from the Shipping Information tab on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Field Description
Packing Slip

This field displays the packing slip number for shipment of the items on the sales order line.

Status

This field displays the status of the shipment. Valid options are:

  • P (Pending)
  • H (Hold Shipment)
  • S (Shipped)
Date

This field displays the date on which the items referenced by the packing slip number were shipped.

Qty Shipped (Sales U/M)

This field displays the number of items shipped (in terms of the sales order unit of measure) from the sales order line.

Number of Boxes

This field displays the number of boxes shipped as specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Volume

This field displays the volume shipped as specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Weight

This field displays the weight shipped as specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Freight Charges

This field displays the freight charges for the shipment as specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Comm PS

This field displays Y (Yes) if printing of a standard packing slip is required along with the shipment of the sales order line items; otherwise, it displays N (No). Specify the packing slip printing requirement on the Enter/Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

DD250 PS

This field displays Y (Yes) if printing of a DD250 packing slip is required along with the shipment of the sales order line items; otherwise, it displays N (No). Specify the DD250 packing slip printing requirement on the Enter/Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

DD250 Printed

This field displays Y (Yes) if a DD250 packing slip has been printed; otherwise, it displays N (No).

PS Printed

This field displays Y (Yes) if a standard packing slip has been printed; otherwise, it displays N (No).

DD250 TCN

This field displays the Transportation Control Number (TCN) for the DD250 packing slip. Specify the DD250 packing slip transportation control number on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

DD250 Shipment No

This field displays the shipment number for the DD250 packing slip. Specify the DD250 packing slip shipment number on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Call No

This field displays the call number for the DD250 packing slip. Specify the DD250 packing slip call number on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

DD250 Ship From

This field displays the DD250 packing slip ship-from address code. Specify the DD250 packing slip ship-from address code on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

DD250 Mark For

This field displays the DD250 packing slip mark-for address code. Specify the DD250 packing slip mark-for address code on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Bill of Lading

This field displays the bill of lading specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Ship Via

This field displays the shipment method specified on the Manage Shipping Transactions screen.

Entry User

This field displays the user ID of the person who entered or last modified the packing slip information.

Subtask Description
Issues Click this link to access the Issues subtask. Use this to view the sales order line's issuing information, which includes issue dates, packing slip numbers, material handlers, and issue amounts.
Ship Address Click this link to access the Ship Address subtask. Use this to view detailed address information for the location to which the shipment was sent.
