Totals Subtask

Use this subtask to view the total estimated extended cost amount, total estimated line charges, total estimated sales tax/VAT amount, and total estimated cost amount for the requisition.

If the transaction and functional currencies are different for this requisition, the amount fields in this subtask display in both the transaction and functional currencies.

You can use the Currency Line subtask to view estimated amounts for each requisition line. Use this subtask to view total amounts for all requisition lines after establishing requisition information in the main screen and other subtasks.

Totals

This group box displays the total amounts for the requisition.

Note:

If the transaction and functional currencies are different for the requisition, the fields in this group box display total amount values in two separate columns (transactional and functional currencies, respectively). Otherwise, if the transaction and functional currencies are the same, all amounts in this group box display in one column (transaction currency).

Field	Description
Currency	These fields display the transaction and functional currency codes for this requisition. These fields are hidden if the transaction and functional currencies are the same.
Total Extended Amount	This field displays the total estimated extended cost amount for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Ext Amount fields on the main screen.
Total Line Charges	This field displays the total estimated line charges for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Ln Charges fields on the main screen.
Total Sales Tax/VAT Amount	This field displays the total estimated sales tax/VAT for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Est Sales Tax/VAT Amt fields on the main screen.
Total  Amount	This field displays the total estimated cost amount for the requisition. The value in this field is the sum of all requisition lines' Total Est Amt fields on the main screen.
Trans to Functional Exchange Rate	This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency in the Exchange Rates subtask. This figure, when multiplied by the transaction currency amount, will result in the functional currency amount.
