Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Socio-Economic Status

Use the Manage Socio-Economic Status screen to map the socio-economic statuses in GovWin IQ to the socio-economic statuses that are available in Costpoint.

When you import vendors from GovWin IQ into Costpoint, the mapping determines which check boxes are selected for a vendor on the Vendor Classification subtask of the Manage Vendors screen. If you are licensed for CRM & Contracts, the mapping also determines which check boxes are selected for a prospective vendor on the Manage Contract Management Vendor Info screen.

If you import GovWin IQ vendor data into Costpoint but no GovWin IQ socio-economic status is mapped to a Costpoint status, the vendor import will continue but a warning displays in the integration process log file.
