Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

TM Billable Revenue Breakdown (Cost Report Type)

This topic describes the information that displays in the detail tables of the TM Billable Revenue Breakdown screen for the Cost report type.  

Breakdown/Details/Sub Details 

Depending on the selected report Sub Type, the Breakdown/Details/Sub Details table displays the following columns:

Column Headings Description
Project This column displays the Project ID.
Category This column displays the name of the category.
Employee This column lists employee by project labor category.
Account This column displays the account name of the project.
Current Bill Rate This column reflects the billing rate of the PLC (the most recent PLC rate of time-phased PLCs).

If you budget by period, but the PLC rates are set up by subperiod and the rate changes during the period, Planning uses the latest PLC rate when calculating revenue for the entire period.  

ITD Amt This column displays inception-to-date amount by PLC and by resource.
Month/Year This column displays data from latest closed period and then back 6 months.
Total Revenue Labor Amount This column totals the revenue labor amount.
