Notes Subtask

Use the Notes subtask on the Manage Customers screen to enter general notes about a specific customer.

The entry form is like a blank sheet of paper. Enter any data that you want on the screen.

You could use this screen to insert dates and times of contact with the customer (or the person to whom you spoke) and notes about the conversation.

You cannot use the information that is entered n this screen as a selection criterion for ad hoc reports. If there is information that you would like to use to select customers, enter it in the user-defined fields instead.

Click to start adding notes in the Notes field.
