Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Award Codes Screen.

Field | Description |

Award Code |
Enter the award code. Each code must be unique. |
Award Name |
Enter the award code description. |
Employment Status |
Use the drop-down list to select the status the employee must have to be eligible for the award. Valid options are:

Award Type |
Use the drop-down list to select the award type. Valid options are:
Inactive award codes cannot be assigned to employees. You can use the Inactive code for awards that are no longer used. |
Number of Months |
Enter the number of months an employee must work before becoming eligible for the award. If you selected Service in the Award Type field, this field is required. |
Employee Award |
Enter the award. For example, you could enter "$50." |
