Requisitions Subtask

Use the Requisitions subtask to view open requisition information for a selected part/project.

Field	Description
Part	This field displays the ID of the part in the selected inventory record. The part description displays in the unlabeled field below this field.
Rev	This field displays the part revision number of the selected inventory record.
U/M	This field displays the default or inventory unit of measure for the selected part.
Description	This field displays the part description.
Project	This field displays the project ID associated with the inventory record.
Project Name	This field displays the name of the project.

Table Window

Field	Description
Requisition	This field displays the requisition ID associated with the requisition line.
Project	This field displays the ID of the project to which the amount in the requisition line will be charged using an inventory abbreviation.
Project Name	This field displays the project name associated with the project ID.
Proj Abbrev	This field displays the project abbreviation associated with the project ID.
Line	This field displays the line number in the requisition.
Line Status	This field displays the status of the requisition line: Pending, In Approval, or Approved.
Open Quantity	This field displays the requisition line quantity (in the inventory unit of measure) that is still open for purchase order generation. The Open Quantity equals Requisition Quantity minus Generated Quantity.
Requisition Quantity	This field displays the original requisition line quantity (in the inventory unit of measure).
Generated Quantity	This field displays the requisition line quantity (in the inventory unit of measure) for which purchase orders have been generated.
Requested Date	This field displays the date on which the requisition line was requested to be received.
Warehouse	This field displays the warehouse for the requisition line.
Inventory Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the requisition line.
Netting Group	This field displays the netting group associated with the requisition line's project.
Delivery Schedule Exists	If selected, this check box indicates that there are multiple delivery schedules that exist for the PO line. This check box is cleared and disabled for new lines.
