Edit a ConceptShare Review

Use this functionality to view and modify the details of a Review, such as the Review name, Assets, participants, and due date.

To use Reviews, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the details of a Review:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job that is linked to the Review that you want to edit.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Reviews.
4. In the Reviews Grid, highlight a Review, and click Edit Current Review on the toolbar.
5. In the Review Builder, make the necessary changes and click Save and Close.
   Note: Saving changes to a Review triggers an email notification to reviewers who have that option enabled. For more information, see What Email Notifications Does ConceptShare Generate? (This link opens in the ConceptShare Online Help.)
