Display Activity Cards of CRM Activities for Follow-Up

Use CRM Activities for Follow-Up to display activity cards of CRM activities for follow-up.

To use CRM Activities for Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the activity card of a CRM activity for follow-up:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > CRM Activities for Follow-Up.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Show/Hide Activity Card .
  4. You can view the activity card in the right pane and see information about pipeline activities such as the activity type and the resource, contact, schedule, Company, pipeline, and employee associated with the activity.
