Display Activity Cards of CRM Activities for Follow-up
Use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule to display activity cards of CRM activities for follow-up.
To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To display the activity card of a CRM activity for follow-up:
- On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
- In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, click Show/hide activity card .
- You can view the activity card in the right pane and see information about pipeline activities such as the activity type and the resource, contact, schedule, company, pipeline, and employee associated with the activity.
