Use My Overdue Tasks in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on overdue tasks that you need to complete. My Overdue Tasks enables you to mark your tasks as done or complete, open job and resource cards, and open or update task cards. - Open Purchase Orders
Use Open Purchase Orders in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on open Purchase Orders (POs). Open Purchase Orders enables you to open job cards and POs and view which of the approvers have and have not approved POs. - Open Sales Invoices
Use Open Sales Invoices in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on open sales invoices. IOpen Sales Invoices enables you to open job and invoice cards. - Partially Settled Purchase Orders
Use Partially Settled Purchase Orders under Tasks to view and follow up on partially-settled purchase orders. If you know that you will not receive additional creditor invoices, you can settle the partially settled purchase order in this submodule. You can also print purchase order reports and open job cards. - Project Posting
Use Project Posting in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on project posting types. Project Posting enables you to book transactions and view project posting information. - Purchase Orders Ready to be Settled
Use Purchase Orders Ready to be Settled in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) that are ready to be settled. Purchase Orders Ready to be Settled enables you to settle POs and print PO reports. You can also view a list of POs that are not settled. - Rejected Entries
Use Rejected Entries in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on rejected entries. Rejected Entries enables you to clear the rejected entries and retag them as Under Preparation or Status-10. You can also start a conversation with the resource who rejected your entries. - Resources Under Preparation
Use Resources Under Preparation in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on resources that have been added, but are pending approval or rejection. Resources Under Preparation enables you to approve or reject resources, make resources active or inactive, and view resource information. - Revenue Forecast
Use Revenue Forecast in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks moduleto view and follow up on gross and net revenue forecasts. Revenue Forecast enables you to view jobs, pipelines, and Inter-Company jobs; open job cards; and manage viewers and the person responsible for jobs or pipelines of new revenue forecast clients. - Sales Invoices Ready to be Printed or Emailed

Use Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need in the Follow-Up submodule of the Tasks module to view and follow up on tasks that have resources who have not used their booked hours and have not completed their tasks. Tasks with not Fully Booked Capacity Need enables you to open task cards and mark tasks as done or complete. - Yesterday's Time Entry
Use Yesterday's Time Entry in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to view and follow up on time entries that have been logged for the previous day. Yesterday's Time Entry enables you to open job cards, task cards, and client cards. - Revenue Adjustment Dialog Box
