CRM Activities for Follow-up
Use CRM Activities for Follow-up under Tasks to view and follow up on CRM activities. It enables you to add new and next activities and open, as well as update prospect cards, resource cards, and activity cards.
To use the CRM Activities for Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
