System Variable 817: Set New Ticket Status When Ticket is Created and Does Not Have a Ticket Responsible Assigned
Use this System Variable to specify the status to assign to a ticket that was created without an employee assigned to it as the ticket responsible.
You can customize the possible values of this System Variable; they also depend on what statuses have been created in your WorkBook system. To customize the values of System Variable 817, go to Settings > Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
This System Variable is blank by default.
It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
