Global System Settings
Use the Global System Settings module to configure the settings that are applicable to all the companies in your WorkBook system. It contains the following submodules:

- ConceptShare Settings
Use ConceptShare Settings under Settings to configure ConceptShare account settings. ConceptShare is a proofing and review tool that can be integrated with WorkBook. The integration allows you to associate a WorkBook job with a ConceptShare project and create and manage reviews that can be accessed from both WorkBook and ConceptShare. You can add and delete ConceptShare company URLs and URL IDs. - Country and Postal Codes
Use Country and Postal Codes under Settings to configure country codes and postal codes. You can add and delete postal codes. You can also adjust address compositions. - Currency Codes and Rates
Use Currency Codes and Rates under Settings to configure currency rates and rate tables. You can add and delete currency rates and add currencies and custom currencies. You can also enable the reporting of selected currencies and add and delete rate tables. - Default User Settings
Use Default User Settings under Settings to configure default user settings. In WorkBook, default user settings can be used to force a particular setting to all users of all companies in your WorkBook system. You can add and remove default user settings. - Domain Verification
Use Domain Verification under Settings to verify domains. In WorkBook, this can be used to protect against spam and prevent users from sending email messages from domains not operated by the client. You can create and delete domain verifications. - Languages
Use Languages under Settings to enable languages to make them available in your WorkBook system when translating texts such as activities, payment terms, or price quotes. You can enable or disable languages as needed. - Login Customization
Use Login Customization under Settings to customize the login page of your WorkBook system. You can update and remove the image on the WorkBook login page. - Mileage Locations
Use Mileage Locations under Settings to configure mileage locations and location combinations. In WorkBook, a location address setup retrieves client and employee addresses from while a location combination is manually entered to identify frequently travelled to locations and the distance between them. You can update locations, enable the active status of location addresses, and add and delete location combinations. You can also allow the editing of the distance of between two identified locations. - Payment Terms for Invoices
Use Payment Terms for Invoices under Settings to configure payment terms for debtor and creditor invoices. You can create, delete, replace, and refresh payment terms. You can also calculate for payment dates and identify invoice text translations. - Sales Invoice Titles
Use Sales Invoice Titles under Settings to change sales invoice titles if you or your client want your invoice titles to say something other than the default title. You can add, delete, and set as default sales invoice titles. - System Variables
Use System Variables under Settings to configure global system variables whose values determine how WorkBook should work. You can identify or enter values, select values from drop-down menus, or select or unselect check boxes to set the appropriate values for each variable. - Webhooks Settings
Use Webhooks Settings under Settings to configure webhooks. In WorkBook, webhooks can be used to notify an endpoint about a change that took place. You can add and delete webhooks settings, webhooks subscriptions, and custom headers. You can also retry and clear webhooks event results.
