Get Deep Links to Task Conversations

Use the Tasks submodule to get deep links to task conversations.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To get the deep link to a task conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task conversation whose deep link you want to get.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. In the grid, highlight the task that contains the conversation whose deep link you want to get and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
6. On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab, and click Show the Conversation Options > Get Deep Link to Conversation.
